Our Services
To address all requests, we have developed three comprehensive management proposals. Two proposals are designed for small structures with 1 to 10 properties, while another is intended for structures with 11 to 100 properties. Additionally, to meet specific needs, we have created a plan exclusively for the Conciergerie Leroy franchise network.

**The commission is tax-exclusive and calculated on the total price of bookings with a departure in the previous month, excluding cleaning fees and taxes. Provision of consumables in the property before the arrival of guests (1 roll of toilet paper, dish sponge, dishwashing liquid, 2 dish towels, toilet gel, oil-vinegar, salt, and pepper): €5.50 including tax.
A detailed pricing sheet will be provided to you upon signing the contract, including the prices for our individual services (presence for tradespeople, internet troubleshooting, minor repairs, cleaning of duvets and sofas, etc.).
Cleaning and laundry fees are the responsibility of the tenant.
You will receive your income directly from the booking platforms: we do not intervene in the collection of rents. Our services will be billed to you monthly.
